Nursing gives Sarah Anderson the chance to “help change people’s lives for the better” – a wonderful opportunity for a great career.
“I wanted to help those who were sick and in need. With nursing I have been able to do that. Being a nurse during a pandemic has had its challenges for sure. Everyday we have had hurdles to conquer, knowledge to learn and strength to develop,” she says. “We have cried on each other’s shoulders, held the hand of the weak and powered through each day with hope. The love and support has meant so much to us. I have been surrounded by a great team from day one and for that I am grateful.”
Dave Wagner was studying architecture design before a life-changing incident gave his career path a sharp turn.
Wagner says what makes nursing so rewarding is the relationships he has built with colleagues. “I work with a great group of professionals in the emergency room. I have the opportunity to work with some of the most dedicated group of individuals. They work so hard to provide the best care possible to all of our patients.”
“I am honoured to work with such a great group of individuals, and I am thankful for the camaraderie we have for one another. Together we shall persevere.”
